Establish an Executive Committee that reflects the many faces and
communities of our Democratic Party.

Call an ACDC County Convention to revise bylaws and establish rules
that fit the changing demands of our political environment.

Hire a fulltime Executive Director and support staff to handle
day-to-day tasks and execute the policies and projects established by the
Executive Committee.

Clearly define the role and responsibilities of ACDC Members and
provide them with the training and resources needed to carry out their
duties.

Build better relationships with the groups and organizations that
embrace Democratic Party ideals.

Establish better communication within the committee itself and better
communication from the committee to Democratic voters in the general
public.

Make available to ACDC members the tools, technology and training
needed to compete in today's high-tech environment.

Provide any ACDC Member who wants one, an ACDC email address and access
to a voter database website with a voter registration list and voter
history for their district.

Plan and implement a comprehensive and aggressive fund raising strategy
that maximizes efforts locally and leverages our "eye-of-the-storm"
status in national elections to attract contributors outside of the
region and state.

Create an incentive and awards program that motivates ACDC Members and
volunteers to perform election and organizing tasks and recognizes them
for their successes and achievements.

Provide more opportunities for ACDC Members to network with other
Members and elected Democratic leaders and public officials.

Establish incentives and disincentives to inspire and enforce party
discipline.
